岗位职责:
电机及其它设备的电磁设计、电机分析及集中参数磁路的有限元法,包括异步电机、永磁电机、同步电机等专用设备;
Responsible for the simulation analysis of structural static strength, dynamic stiffness and fatigue strength, etc. of electric drive system and assembly/components;
参与电机方案设计,在电机产品设计中创新思路,完成技术方案的实施,参与开发计划的制定;
Responsible for the thermal/cooling ability analysis of electric drive system and sub-system;
在电机振动和噪声方面与其他部门紧密合作,从电磁设计的基础上改善电机产品的NVH特性;
Responsible for the vibration, modal and noise simulation analysis;
支持CAE专家对旋转电机和部件进行热分析;
Optimize the product from structure design, lightweight, and NVH performance in cooperate with other departments;
协助产品在实验室和现场的故障排除,并提出设计和维修建议;
Explore new technologies, optimize the analysis process and apply new technologies;
合理选择电机材料规格,制定材料规格(如软硬磁性材料、绝缘材料、结构材料)。
Communicate with product engineers and customers, provide technical reports and improvement plans.
任职资格:
汽车、电机、热工、机械、材料工程等相关专业;
Major in Automotive, Electric machine, Thermal, Mechanical, Material engineering related degrees;
熟悉有限元理论或热分析者优先;熟练使用ansys/CFX等相关工具,能够使用Solidworks等CAD软件;
Familiar with finite-element theory or thermal analysis preferred; Familiar in using ansys/CFX or similar tools;Able to use CAD software such as Sledworks;
有电气传动系统有限元分析经验者优先;
Experience in the finite-element analysis of electric drive systems preferred;
能用英语进行商务沟通;
Able to use English for business communication;
